My Heart is so full of so many things the Lord has opened my eyes to and taught me in the last month and a half. But to your relief, and to prove to myself I can do it, this will be a short blog.
I just have to praise God for His faithfulness to me. I don't deserve God's grace. Never have and never will but He lavishes it on me everyday and for that I praise Him.
I will more than likely send out my newsletters tomorrow and it will reveal the truth of Proverbs 16:9. I planned language school and the Lord directed my steps home for now.
"The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps." Pro 16:9
And I praise God for Proverbs 19:21 "Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the LORD that will stand."
I may plan to go to language school, or help with short-term trips, or whatever...but no matter what I do, God's purpose will stand. The gospel will be proclaimed and His plan of redemption will still be carried out whether I am at home or at language school or at the CPCP or on the other side of the world.
To the King of ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen. 1 Timothy 1:17
So...here are my plans...HAHA!! We shall see what my steps actually look like!
February 1-3rd: Eldorado Disciple Now; teach session on the missionary call
February 4-8th: Teach Missionary First Aid and CPR at the CPCP
February 15th-March 15th: Preach the gospel in La Barra
That is all I know my friends! And I must add "Lord willing" to all of this because I am not guaranteed tomorrow! But it would be a sweet tomorrow to wake up in the presence of the Lord! If not...to live is Christ!

Amen and Amen!
Cara, I just know found your blog ... coincidently off of my sister's blog! How are you!?
Cara,
I just found your blog today, and really enjoyed it, especially your comments about the role of mothers. I was feeling a little discouraged with my kids, lack of sleep and messy house this morning, but I am now remembering how special this role is! I will be going back to EZ this summer, with others from Kerrville Bible. I hope to see you there, or in Los Fresnos! We are, and have been, praying for you.
Niessa
Cara,
So blessed by your obedience and your passion for the gospel. Preparing yourself to be the best minister of the gospel will certainly be rewarded. You have our love and support!
